There is so much anger, division, and pain around us, and as parents, it can be hard to watch while trying to raise kind, compassionate children. I created The Kindness Initiative because I believe kindness still matters — and that it grows when we choose it intentionally. The Kindness Initiative is a weekly program designed to support one mom or family in need. Each week, a family is thoughtfully chosen, and our community is invited to show up in meaningful ways — whether that’s through an Amazon wishlist, a Venmo, or simple encouragement. This initiative is rooted in empathy, dignity, and connection. There is an application process and a caring board that helps review submissions and choose families who need support most. If you or someone you know could use extra support right now, you are welcome to apply. And if you’re in a season where you can give, your kindness can help make a real difference. Kindness grows when we show up for one another.

30 Days to Be You Again.
My Heart is overflowing tonight. Thank you, truly, to every single person who came out today and supported me at my very first book fair. I’m sitting here still in disbelief, replaying every hug, every conversation, every smile, every “I’m proud of you,” and every book you took home with you. Today was magic. Today was surreal. Today was one of those core memories I’ll carry with me forever. Walking into that room as a brand-new author and seeing people show up for my books — for the stories I poured my heart into — is something I will never, ever forget. I am officially on cloud nine. And the craziest part? Today pushed me to well over 100 total books sold. One month ago, this was a dream written in my Notes app. Today… it’s real. Because of YOU. To everyone who bought a book, brought a friend (or a husband), showed their support, encouraged me, snapped a picture, shared a post, or simply stopped by to say hi — thank you. From the deepest part of my heart… thank you. Your support doesn’t just mean a sale. It means belief. It means momentum. It means my stories are finding their homes — one reader at a time. Delivered my very first book sold today — and it couldn’t have been a more perfect start. The sweetest reader. The coziest countryside. And yes… there were GOATS! It’s one thing to see my books online, but handing that first copy over in person — that’s a moment I’ll never forget. Thank you for believing in my words and being part of this new beginning. There are moments in life that feel like deep breaths before something big — like standing on the edge of a dream that’s finally ready to take flight. Today is one of those moments for me. For months (and in some ways, for years), I’ve poured my heart into these pages — the stories, the lessons, the tears, the laughter, the late nights, and the quiet prayers that shaped every word. What started as notes in my phone and scribbles in the margins of my planner have become books — real, hold-in-your-hands books that now carry pieces of my journey into the hands of others. It’s a strange and beautiful feeling — equal parts joy, nerves, and awe. Because once your words are out there, they’re no longer just yours. They belong to every person who reads them, every heart they touch, every moment of connection they spark. These books were written for anyone who’s ever felt a little lost in the chaos, a little unsure in their parenting, or a little weary in their faith. They’re for the mothers balancing a million things, for the dreamers holding on to hope, and for the people who believe that kindness and courage still matter in this world. So today, I’m letting go.
