The Kindness Initiative: Turning Compassion Into Action

The world feels heavy lately.
There is so much anger, division, and pain around us, and as parents, it can be hard to watch while trying to raise kind, compassionate children. I created The Kindness Initiative because I believe kindness still matters — and that it grows when we choose it intentionally.
The Kindness Initiative is a weekly program designed to support one mom or family in need. Each week, a family is thoughtfully chosen, and our community is invited to show up in meaningful ways — whether that’s through an Amazon wishlist, a Venmo, or simple encouragement.
This initiative is rooted in empathy, dignity, and connection. There is an application process and a caring board that helps review submissions and choose families who need support most.
